About the Project
This series reimagines the visual narrative of strength by portraying ordinary women holding swords and shields—not as queens or goddesses, but as everyday figures. Standing at the threshold of their homes, these women look directly at the viewer—firm, grounded, and unflinching. Inspired by how women are often shown only as caregivers or enchantresses, this series is a tribute to those who have stood up against injustice, and a quiet encouragement for those who are still finding their voice.
